Effective July 1, 2004, dues for all members are on a fiscal year basis
that runs from July 1 to the following end of June . 

To convert to the fiscal year renewal month, the following table is used:

New Member joining in x month will pay-
  January:     $38
  February:    $35
  March:       $33 
  April:          $31
  May:          $29
  June:         $27
  July:          $25
  August:      $23
  September: $21
  October:     $19
  November:   $17
  December:  $15

Thereafter, members will be invoiced annually in May of the following year for renewals payable in July.
